If RemoteFX is not reduced/disabled, you are typically limited to circa 10Mbps, which isn't suffice for (say) a 16 megapixel resolution camera. This compression is designed to prevent a single user from throttling a commercial network. One joy of Windows Remote Desktop is that it offers full control over RemoteFX compression (most use some form of compression). Win 10 Pro Remote Desktop works peer to peer at no additional expense once upgraded.
